Leanne is the Practice Manager at Wonersh Surgery and is responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the practice. She oversees operations, patient services, clinical governance, and the wider administrative and reception teams, ensuring the practice delivers safe, efficient, and high‑quality care.

Before joining the NHS in 2023, Leanne spent several years working in private medical management, where she developed strong operational, leadership, and service‑improvement skills. Her experience across both private and NHS settings gives her a broad understanding of healthcare delivery and a strong foundation for driving high standards within the practice.

Leanne is committed to improving patient experience, supporting staff development, and maintaining robust systems that meet CQC and NHS requirements. She works closely with the GP Partners and the multidisciplinary team to streamline processes, enhance access, and ensure the practice continues to adapt to the evolving needs of the community.

She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive working environment and continually looks for opportunities to improve how the practice functions for both patients and staff.
